| 1. | Meeting called to order at 9:23 P.M. by league president Joe Bunkoske. Representatives from all 16 teams were present. |
| 2. | The minutes of the August 19, 2006 League Meeting were unanimously approved as printed. |
| 3. | Secretary-treasurer Dan Prunuske reported that the League began the season with $27.11 and will end the season with $28.86 after all expenses are paid. Prizes checks will be mailed to team captains. |
| 4. | Motion by Brenda Meyer second by TJ Sether to re-elect all league officers to their respective positions. President, Joe Bunkoske, Vice-president, Jim Koopmans, Secretary-treasurer, Dan Prunuske. Motion carried on a unanimous voice vote. |
| 5. | Dan Prunuske noted that he would not be present on the first night of the 2007-2008 season. Motion by Jean Budde, second by TJ Sether to hold the Fall League Meeting on Tuesday September 11, 2007 at 7:00 P.M. Motion carried on a unanimous voice vote. |
| 6. | Motion by TJ Sether, second by Jean Budde adjourn. Motion carried on a unanimous voice vote and the meeting adjourned at 9:50 P.M. |
